About Me
My name is Neha Kapoor. I am currently working as a soft skills trainer in various aviation institutes and degree colleges. With a Master's degree in Psychology, I find it both natural and fulfilling to help shape the personalities of students for their future careers.
Following my post-graduation, I completed a Guidance and Counselling course from Chennai University, and later pursued an M.Phil in Psychology to deepen my understanding in the field.
Teaching communication skills has provided me with a valuable experiential platform to apply my academic knowledge in real-world scenarios. Over time, my experience has expanded to include training MBA students in Business Communication, allowing me to connect psychological principles with professional communication strategies.
